Throughout my journey to becoming the healthiest version of myself, I have found that the saying “abs are made in the kitchen” to be absolutely true! Fueling your body properly is just as if not more so important than working out. I have found that my diet makes or breaks my ability to maintain my 40+ pound weight loss.

The hardest part of eating clean for me is meal prep. In general, I have never been a “planner”. I hate grocery shopping as well as washing dishes. The idea of making a list, going to the store, cooking all my meals and packing them up for the week is ALL a no for me. I just don’t have the time. When I get really hungry, I don’t always make the best decisions.
